Terry Stockdale, age 65, passed away on October 5, 2017 after a brief illness. His family was with him as he peacefully passed on to Heaven. Terry was born September 24, 1952 in Memphis, TN and was the oldest son of Robert and Frances Stockdale.
He graduated from Georgia Tech in 1976 and then went to Houston, TX to work for Ethyl Corporation as an Industrial Engineer. After several years and a move to Baton Rouge, he returned to the Houston Plant and became the Plant Controller. In 1994 he moved to the corporate office in Baton Rouge and became the Risk Manager. In 2002, he moved to The Shaw Group as their Risk Manager. He retired in 2015 to have more time to spend on his hobbies: Cajun Clickers Computer Club, browsing computer information, and writing and maintaining his website, Terry's Computer Tips.
Terry is survived by his wife of 40 years, Mary Lou; his son, Robert; and his brother, Craig Stockdale from Memphis.
